Such work includes:Preparing and managing development applications for large-scale developmentsAssisting with the preparation of Master Plans, Strategic Plans and Code AmendmentsSupporting major transport, infrastructure and renewable energy projectsAssisting with consultation and engagement with key stakeholdersProviding timely, accurate and professional planning advice on a range of projectsEnsuring that project scope, budgets, timeframes and quality outputs are considered within a commercial business environmentQualificationsWhat are we looking for from you?Minimum 5 years' experience in PlanningHolds tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning, or a related disciplineProven experience in Strategic and/or Statutory / Land Use Planning, ideally in a consulting or government environment and ideally in the South Australian planning systemDemonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and can engage with a variety of stakeholdersIs self-motivated, able to prioritise competing demands and time pressures for multiple projects and the commercial aspects of consulting
