Our Client is looking for an experienced Store Manager, with strong people management skills to lead one of their largest locations.
The role offers a very sought after Monday-Friday roster with no late nights. Successful applicants will have had 2+ years in a Store Manager position in either hospitality or retail, leading teams of over 15 people in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Responsible for the overall profitability of your store, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.
* Support your team in achieving their own personal targets and KPI goals.
* Accountable for all costs and overall financial health of the business, with a strong business acumen for analysing these results and planning for improvement and growth.
* Build and nurture a high-performance culture where you focus on your teams development, ensuring you always have the right person in the right place.
* Experienced in working towards wage targets and working in line with all rostering guidelines.
* Create an environment that upholds the company standards for the ultimate in-store experience for all customers through building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Responsible for operational excellence in-store in line with brand standards and identify any operational opportunities or gaps within the store and ensure measures put in place to overcome.
What you can bring:
* Store Management experience is required, preferably from a hospitality or large format retail background.
* A keen business mind, with proven track record of driving top-line sales, analysing sales and ability to effectively communicate on these.
* A passionate leader who is experienced in leading, developing and growing a high-performing team.
* Wanting to work in a fast paced environment, and have an entrepreneurial mind-set.
* Strong administrational skills with proven experience in managing invoices.
* Experience in grocery or fast food is desirable.
