About the Role
The E-Commerce Sales and Content Manager will be responsible for managing digital content, product loading, customer inquiries, and marketing activities across our company and affiliate websites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations
* Manage marketplaces
* Develop and execute e-commerce strategies
* Identify trends and opportunities to expand online presence and sales
* Improve website design, functionality, and user experience
* Maintain effective SEO plans
* Manage online product catalogs
* Execute online marketing campaigns
* Monitor website traffic and customer behavior
* Handle customer inquiries and feedback
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for a candidate with:
* At least 3 years of e-commerce experience (preferably in the IT/Electronics industry)
* A background in sales and content management
* Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and technologies such as WordPress and WooCommerce
* Experience in MYOB, Excel, Outlook, and Photoshop
* Skills in developing and executing digital marketing plans
