Maximum Term till 31 December 2026 Full-Time Opportunity Based in Carnarvon ABOUT THE ROLE Ngala is seeking suitable candidates to join as a Program Support Officer to be based in Carnarvon office.
The Program Support Officer will help provide reception and administrative support to programs and services delivered in the Gascoyne region in order to facilitate an efficient and effective level of support for families.
DUTIES Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide reception and administrative support to Gascoyne programs.
Provide professional and courteous assistance to internal and external stakeholders as first point of contact.
Work alongside the Carnarvon teams to ensure all processes and requirements of Ngala are met.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will be highly organised and have strong communication skills together with the following: Previous relevant experience to undertake the range of activities required.
Intermediate level IT and Administration competency.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment using initiative, innovation, creativity and flexibility.
Effective communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
The successful candidate will need to hold a current WA driver's licence, Working with Children Check, and satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months.
As part of our commitment to being a Child Safe organisation, successful candidates are required to provide their Immunisation History Statement.
While immunisations are highly encouraged, they are not mandatory.
