What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Manager in our IT Advisory services team, you will:

6. Be a trusted advisor : Guide clients on enhancing their technology governance, risk, and control frameworks and operating models.
7. Lead from the front : Plan, manage, and deliver diverse IT assurance engagements, empowering organisations to elevate their IT governance, risk, and control environments.
8. Influence decision-makers : Present impactful insights and recommendations to senior management and executive stakeholders.
9. Drive innovation : Identify opportunities to optimise IT risk management and internal audit practices.
10. Own your projects : Take charge of project management, ensuring quality, exceptional client service, and financial success.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
12. Proven leadership : Experience (8+ years) in a technology assurance, internal audit, advisory and / or consulting role, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing teams.
13. Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills : A passion for developing others and building strong internal relationships.
14. Excellent communication : The ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
15. Technical expertise : Experience in designing and testing technology controls in an Internal Audit, an in-house Assurance Function, or external audit capacity.
16. Client-facing experience : Proven ability to deliver high-quality reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
17. Business acumen : Experience in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the sales process.
18. Strong educational background : Tertiary-level qualification in a relevant discipline with professional accreditation.
Candidates from professional services with experience running technology assurance engagements and an understanding of assurance standards and frameworks (ASAE 3150, SOC 2, etc.) will be highly regarded .
Candidates with relevant certifications, such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar industry certifications, will also be highly regarded .
Having knowledge of APRA prudential regulatory requirements for information security (CPS 234), operational resilience (CPS 230), and managing data risk (CPG 235) is an added plus .
This role can be based in any of these cities – Melbourne (preferred), Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide.
