Servicing our Adelaide clients and candidates across all property roles, in collaboration with our Adelaide-based team of Consultants who service the real estate & construction space.
This is a high-performing division of our business, and due to ongoing demand we are seeking a results-driven individual with exceptional customer service skills to continue to drive this service to our clients.
The Role:
* Interviewing, shortlisting and building long-term relationships with our Gough clients and candidates
* Taking job briefs and negotiating fees with clients
* Business development to win new accounts & client meetings
* Working collaboratively with a goal-orientated team towards a team goal
* Preparing advertising and marketing campaigns via social media and Gough's extensive database
Who are we looking for?
* Experience within Recruitment or experience within the Property industry in a Sales/Leasing, BDM or Property Management capacity
* Meticulous attention to detail and excellent admin skills
* Articulate communication and ability to build key relationships
* A fire in the belly to be the best without losing sight of teamwork and collaboration
* Quick thinking, solutions focussed and high-level customer service
