Responsibilities:
1. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
2. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
3. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
4. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
5. Plan and present bar menu
6. Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
7. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
8. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
9. Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements and Skills:
1. Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
2. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
3. Computer literacy
4. Knowledge of a second language is a plus
5. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
6. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $22.97 – $40.74 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
Schedule:
1. Afternoon shift
2. Day shift
3. Evening shift
4. Every weekend
5. Monday to Friday
6. Public holidays
