Job Description
We are seeking a professional, vibrant and friendly individual to join our Hotel Reception team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conducting check-ins and outs with exceptional customer service skills
* Managing enquiries and taking reservations
* Providing a positive and memorable experience for all guests
* Assisting with general housekeeping duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hotel front desk or housekeeping is preferred but not essential
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Must be immaculately groomed
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
* Flexibility to work on a 7-day rotating roster including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays

You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to provide positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team.
