Our Motorrad team is looking for a Head of Retail Business Development and Customer Care. What awaits you? You will be responsible for developing and implementing dealer development strategies and ideas for sales channels and sales processes. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of specific measures to further develop the dealer network in line with forecasted volume, market potential, and product portfolio. You will be responsible for Parts, Accessories and Rider wear retail objectives including sales and pricing. You will be responsible for managing overall customer experience and lifecycle management through processes and initiatives to drive BMW Motorrad brand experience and loyalty. You will drive the development and optimisation of aftersales service retention strategies to retain customers in BMW Motorrad dealer network. Qualifications & Experience A tertiary qualification in Business Management or related field and/or relevant role experience required. Demonstrated experience within the automotive/motorcycle industry necessary with a motorcycle licence being an advantage. Highly developed problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to resolve complex challenges. Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and an ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. What do we offer?
