This is an overnight sleep roster of 18 hours per fortnight. Please review the roster included before applying.
* Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within high-needs customer residence;
* Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals;
* Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
* Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.
What you’ll need?
* Experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans;
* Experience working with challenging behaviours - essential;
* Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;
* Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience;
* Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
* Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is desirable;
* Willingness to use your own private vehicle (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance rebate).
