Key Responsibilities
* Manage existing accounts to maximise customer satisfaction and retention
* Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and escalation
* Upsell and cross-sell additional services by identifying opportunities to expand relationships
* Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure service quality and identify potential improvements

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years sales or customer success experience within the managed services industry
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets (sales &/or customer satisfaction)
* High emotional intelligence and good judgment in decision making
* Accountable and honest communication with customers and colleagues
* A team player with a strong understanding of the Australian Energy Market (advantageous)
