Due to our continued growth within our business, we are seeking applications for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our team based in Artarmon NSW.Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Lead and manage recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, including developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.Onboarding & HRIS Management: Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new hires into the HRIS system, maintaining compliance with company policies.Apprentice Registration: Oversee the registration process for new apprentices, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.Candidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing updates and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.HR Administration: Assist with ad hoc HR tasks, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting broader HR functions.What You'll Bring: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in both blue-collar and white-collar hiring.Experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly within the HVAC, Building Services or Construction industry.
