We're looking for a proactive Concierge to join our team. The successful candidate will have the drive and willingness to work in a corporate and dynamic commercial environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Welcoming visitors and ensuring a smooth process.
* Handling inquiries and resolving complaints or issues promptly.
* Providing personalised recommendations and assistance based on visitors/staff preferences.
* Offering advice about local attractions, landmarks, and activities.
* Sharing knowledge about special events or promotions in the area.
* Planning and executing corporate events, team-building activities, or celebrations.
* Scheduling maintenance or housekeeping services in a commercial environment.
* Coordinating with facility management for office maintenance or repairs.
* Assisting guests with emergencies, such as medical.
* Handling sensitive or confidential matters with discretion.
Skills and experience:
* Experience as a Concierge or equivalent work experience is required.
* Project a professional image and demeanor.
* Must be vigilant, adaptable, and well-trained to handle various situations.
* At least two years’ experience in customer service.
* IT literacy (proficiency in MS Office).
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
* The ability and desire to work co-operatively and positively as a member of a team.
