The Harvey Norman Muswellbrook Administration Team is seeking a motivated Administration Manager to deliver exceptional customer service experience.
As an Administration Manager, you will have a solid understanding of administration processes, team leadership, general retail operations, and stakeholder liaison to provide outstanding support services.

* Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
* High-level organization and time management skills
* Office management experience
* The ability to work under pressure, coach, lead, and motivate a high-performing team
* Assist Franchisees in tasks including creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash books, recruitment, and monthly reporting
* Motivation and attention to detail are essential
* Able to work with minimal supervision
* Proficient computer skills, advanced knowledge in Excel and Word
* Experience in resolving issues and making timely decisions
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a proactive attitude
* The ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
