The Role
Are you passionate about providing person-centred care in a community setting? Join our friendly and supportive team of community nurses at Cessnock Community Health Service, where you will play an important role in delivering high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes and within our nurse-led clinics.
As a Registered Nurse, You Will
Coordinate person-centred care for a diverse caseload, including wound management, CVAD management, and urinary continence management.
Work primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as required.
Provide care in both home and clinic settings, including childhood immunisation clinics, school-based immunisations, and audiometry screening clinics.
Work within a multidisciplinary team, case managing patients to ensure positive health outcomes.
You will be supported through a structured orientation program and ongoing professional development, with guidance from the Clinical Nurse Educator, Nurse Unit Manager, and experienced team members .

* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
