In the newly created role as Manager Recruitment, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Queensland Rail by leading and inspiring our recruitment team to make a positive impact for the business.
Here's what you'll do:
• Lead the charge: Develop and implement a company-wide recruitment strategy that attracts top talent and aligns with our organisational goals, recognising the unique needs of our diverse locations.
• Innovation champion: Explore and implement innovative ways to improve our recruitment processes, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
• Talent magnet: Oversee a vast range of recruitment campaigns including high-volume campaigns for apprentices, graduates, and trainees, showcasing Queensland Rail as an employer of choice across the state.
• Data whiz: Analyse recruitment data and leverage insights to inform strategic decision making, ensuring we build strong teams for every region.
• Planning pro: Develop project plans and manage risks for significant recruitment campaigns, ensuring successful outcomes across Queensland.
• Relationship builder: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration across the network.
• Team player: Lead and motivate your recruitment team, fostering a high-performing and results-oriented environment.
