Key competencies:
1. Ensure system integrity by providing complex payroll and establishment advice including the examination of key performance indicators, benchmarking and project outputs.
2. Manage risk and issues identification, assessment and mitigation activities by ensuring risks and issues are documented, reviewed and escalated as appropriate.
3. Possess in-depth understanding of data warehousing principles including the ability to work effectively with table data extracted from the back end of core data systems.
4. Possess in-depth working knowledge of SAP HR, myHR, Workbrain, Serviceline and Solman and business practices as they relate to the delivery of professional payroll services to a complex workforce.
5. Manage the development, implementation, and ongoing review of project documentation to support the delivery of specific project objectives.
6. Represent Payroll Services interests in the design and development of an appropriate technical environment to support future reporting and data analytic requirements.
