About the RoleYou will provide support to the Managing Director's Day to day whilst running your own client portfolio and supporting the wider account service team in QLD. We are looking for a rising star who is wanting to establish themselves as an invaluable support for the team and cut their teeth in the agency world.Our mission is to create the most iconic stories in property. Role and Responsibilities: Running daily WIP's and the team's workload and wellbeing. Identifying required resources on projects and ensuring workflow is managed accordingly.Lead and manage a portfolio of projects end-to-end ensure seamless service and delivery. This includes project scoping, briefs, creative excellence and service of the highest standard.General project support for Managing Director, Project Directors, and finance.Custodian of onboarding and offboarding staff including training, IT issues, audits, printers & server matters.Communicate production deliverables & material deadlines to the creative team. Including managing artwork approvals both internally and externally for content uploads for all media deliverables.Check artwork, copydesks, and proofs – this includes spelling/grammar and design consistency, ensuring brand guidelines are being followed.Managing and scheduling all social media accounts with the guidance from project directors and wider team.Track rounds of changes, both internal and external for key creative including print advertising, mailers, eDM, digital & social content.Create accurate forecasting each month while keeping a live reconciliation document for each client to track this.Maintain supplier relationships as primary contact to printers and third-party contractors.Prepare timely and accurate cost estimates, purchase orders, job numbers, briefs, and timetables through use of Pegasus and Asana.Ensuring all jobs are in the system prior to WIPs so the creative team know what needs to be completed each day.Set an example on best practice by ensuring templates for briefing, proposals, presentations, email, timesheets, and correspondence are completed and detailed.Ensure the office runs efficiently day to day which includes building issues, technology, equipment, stationary etc.Organising events, travel, transport and office logistics for the Brisbane office.Escalating any issues quickly while anticipating solutions.Contributing to a positive agency. Desired Skills and Experience: Excellent presentation and communication skills.Sound client facing skills with the ability to forge strong and well-established relationships.Sound understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.Highly organised with great attention to detail, resilience, and determination to achieve desired results.Tenacity and ingenuity, not afraid to roll their sleeves up and help when needed.High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and delegate effectively.Ability to gain swift overview of situations and prioritise required actions.
