The Company
Belgravia PRO is a management services company specializing in the operation of tourism properties, from campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks. Since its inception in early 2018, Belgravia PRO has grown significantly, managing parks across NSW, VIC, WA, and QLD. Belgravia PRO is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group.
The Sites
Somerset Park campgrounds are centrally located between Brisbane, Toowoomba, and the Sunshine Coast, ensuring close proximity to Queensland’s main centers and are just 27 kms from Esk.
The Role
We are currently recruiting for experienced individuals or management teams who are highly customer-focused and passionate about guest and local community engagement – people who can deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
Relief Managers must have a commercial mindset, be flexible, and love working with guests and our existing onsite staff. This role is for someone looking for casual work.
We are looking for a casual relief manager for 3 days per fortnight and school holidays. You will need your own accommodation/RV/caravan with the opportunity to discuss a full-time powered site. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. There is potential for more work in other parks.
Responsibilities include:
* Being accountable for all business operations and guest experience
* Hands-on and positive can-do attitude
* Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to fit within established guidelines
* Leading and supervising small teams
* Being accountable for the financial outcomes of the business
* Achievement of agreed KPIs
A strong Australian-based support office and local management teams support our park relief managers in all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT, and HR so our on-site teams can focus on delighting guests.
Selection Criteria
* Energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Outstanding customer service
* Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerized booking system and good computer skills
* Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
* Well-developed communication, organization, administration, and management skills
* Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
* Availability to work across a 14-day roster, including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, evenings, and school holidays
* Ability to liaise with existing on-site managers
