Who are we looking for
A seasoned Rehabilitation Consultant with at least 2 years experience working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector. The ideal candidate will have a keen desire to take the next step in their career. This role offers the opportunity to step into a position of leadership and the successful candidate will bring to the table, strong and solid experience in the provision of specialised assessments, such as ergonomic, functional and in-home assessments. This role requires the incumbent to have excellent inter-personal and organization skills, is an expert in stakeholder management and a strong business acumen. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Day in the life of an APM consultant
* Work in the office with like minded, passionate and supportive team members or work in the comfort of home
* Visit and see your clients in their home, workplace or within their community
* Conduct initial assessments and develop return to work plans
* Undertake case reviews with medical and health professionals
* Conduct specialized assessment services related to your discipline
* Support team members and in turn be supported in achieving outcomes
What you will need to be eligible for consideration:
* Allied health qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
* Professional registration or Membership with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC
* At least 2 years previous experience in injury management / vocational rehabilitation
* Current Drivers License
* Australian Citizenship
