We are seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team at Brickworks in Toowoomba, Queensland.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with service and sales enquiries across our wide range of building products, providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key duties include:
* Providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers
* Responding promptly and courteously to inbound calls and emails
* Representing Brickworks as a front-line company representative, contributing to business development and growth
* Supporting Sales Representatives as required
* Completing accurate data entry of orders, credits, returns, stock and pricing enquiries
* Maintaining a safe, tidy, clean and presentable work environment
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
* A strong knowledge of the building industry and building products (preferred)
* Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (preferred)
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong time management, administration and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority
