Restaurant General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead our Taco Bell Cessnock team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Execute the Workplace Health and Safety System, ensuring a safe work environment for employees.
* Manage the restaurant in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, maintaining Brand Standards.
* Implement controls and procedures to protect employees and company assets.
* Direct employee activities to maximize sales, operating efficiency, and profit.
* Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure tasks are completed by certified employees.
* Promote excellent customer service, focusing on cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality, and speed of service.
* Recruit and select employees, implement training programs, and monitor performance.
* Maintain accurate records, report issues to the Area Coach, and provide regular updates.
Decision Making Authority
This role has primary responsibility for the restaurant operation, including hiring, managing, and terminating staff, approving expenditure within guidelines, and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.
Requirements
* High School Certificate (HSC or equivalent) - essential.
* Tertiary Qualifications preferred.
* Minimum 3 years multi-outlet retail or service industry experience at a supervisory level (external candidates); 1 year for internal candidates.
* Proven track record of On Target performance in Balanced Scorecard KPIs with primary profit responsibility.
* First Aid Certified.
