Level A - $77,714 to $105,053 FTE pa (plus 17% superannuation)
Level B - $110,525 to $131,034 FTE pa (plus 17% superannuation)

Eligibility
In accordance with clause 20.30 of the Enterprise Agreement, to be eligible to apply, you need to be a casual or fixed term employee at Charles Sturt and have been:
employed in the relevant discipline or work unit for at least 1 teaching session in the previous 3 years; and
performing satisfactorily in these roles as indicated by repeat employment in the discipline or work unit or performance planning, development and review process outcomes; and
awarded a PhD, have submitted a PhD thesis for examination, are currently enrolled in a PhD program or have been assessed by the University as having qualifications and experience equivalent to AQF10 (other than in circumstances where a PhD is not normally required for appointment).
The University may, at its discretion, accept an application from an applicant who does not satisfy the requirements above, if they otherwise satisfy the requirements and are suitably qualified to perform a position advertised through the decasualisation program.
It is expected that a successful applicant for a Teaching Focused position:
without a PhD would be appointed at Level A, and
with a PhD would be appointed at Level B.
