The Opportunity
A ServiceNow Business Analyst/System Analyst position is available in our Adelaide team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate discussions with different teams, conduct workshops, and design user stories.
* Design and configure solutions for Configuration Management, Asset Management, and CMDB in ServiceNow.
* Produce required specifications in line with customer and project needs - business requirements, stakeholder requirements, solution requirements, and process mapping.
* Provide effort estimates for new investment requests.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with the wider Sysintegra team and third-party suppliers.
* Work in Agile and Hybrid delivery models.
* Learns and acquires new skills around additional and newer ServiceNow modules and masters technical configuration and development best practices as well as implementation methods.
