Privately owned manufacturing business located in Padstow seeks a dynamic individual as Logistics/Administration Assistant.
About the Role
This all-round position requires someone with high-level customer service and administration skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Support GM with customer sales and inquiries
* Raise purchase orders and invoices
* Manage incoming calls
* Provide support with Accounts Receivable & Payable
* Record minutes of meetings, follow up on action points as required
* Prepare correspondence & reports
* Build stock inventories/inventory control in off-site warehouses
* Freight allocation & reconciliation
* Assist logistics with location and domestic freight requirements
* Assist management to establish production planning in line with sales
Requirements
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
* Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable – or tertiary education in Accounts
* Strong administration skills with high level of accuracy
* High level of customer service
* Effective interpersonal skills
* Organised with ability to prioritise
