Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and offering expert advice on product selection.
* Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
* Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Oversee inventory management, including restocking shelves and preparing for new product launches.
* Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.
* Train and mentor junior sales assistants to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
