About the role:
The Facility Manager will have the task of managing the complete operations including supporting staff within the Aged Care Residential home.
Duties:
1. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, improve clinical indicators and business performance targets.
2. Show an ability to operate independently and professionally with limited supervision.
3. Understand the financial, quality, risk and compliance of how a residential home operates.
Skills and experience:
1. Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation and the clinical standards, dementia and challenging behaviours.
2. Experience in working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
3. Experience as an Aged Care Facility Manager.
