TP Human Capital is seeking an Administration Officer to provide essential administrative support to the Engineering Team .
The position will see you working Monday to Friday (8:00am to 4:30pm) - up to 38 hours per week. Commencing as soon as possible with a current end date of May 2025.
This role involves a range of administrative tasks, including:
* Raising purchase orders, obtaining invoice approvals, and receipting.
* Managing customer service requests (CRMs) and coordinating responses with internal teams.
* Drafting email correspondence and handling internal and external communications.
* Using mapping tools to locate Townsville City Council (TCC) services such as water infrastructure.
* Assisting with Letters of No Objection and Written Agreements.
* Recording meeting minutes and supporting the carpool system.
* Maintaining the Portable Asset Items (PAI) register and completing other ad hoc tasks as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
* The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with business systems such as Property & Rating and CES (highly regarded).
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Essential Requirements
* National Police Check (or ability to obtain one).
* Current C Class Driver’s Licence & own reliable vehicle.
* Certificate IV in Business (or equivalent qualification/ experience).
* Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol testing.
