Job Description
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
o Prepare and update multi-entity cash flow positions and forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and rolling basis, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
o Collaborate with the Finance team and related business units to streamline cash flow and related-party transactions within defined timelines.
o Assist with the preparation and timely lodgement of FBT returns, monthly and quarterly Activity Statements, and ASIC audits.
o Prepare year-end working papers, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
o Manage administrative corporate secretarial tasks, including ERP updates, Group structure management, and file/documentation organisation.
o Oversee the Group's Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
o Complete month-end processes, including reviews of related-party loans, director loans, loan rationalisations, and suspense accounts.
o Contribute to process improvements by collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, and maintaining project documentation.
o Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while supporting the wider finance team as needed.
o Maintain professional knowledge, ensure compliance documentation is accurate, and uphold procedural integrity for workflows.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you MUST have:
o CA / CPA or working towards
o Big 4 / Mid Tier background
o Experience in Financial accounting and reporting
o Strong communication skills
o Strong excel skills
