RESPONSIBILITIESAble to establish the appropriate project organization structure and define the change management and communication plan to engage and set expectations of stakeholders.Able to develop project schedule and activities based on appropriate project implementation methodology.Able to ensure that projects are executed based on the project plan to meet identified business needs, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality.Able to understand Retail Business needs & requirements considering the industry challenges and IT Solutions (POS, ERP, Planning solutions, PIM, …) in place.Provides overall direction on project timelines & resource management and supports the implementation from proposal to delivery.Governs overall progress of projects and alignment to business objectives.Coordinates the project on cross-functional issues & resolutions.Able to identify potential project risks and its implications to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures.Coordinate releases and post Go-Live materials (e.g., training documentation, training sessions). Drive the support and maintenance of the application; at least organize the handover of his project to the support team.Manage all documentation (including technical, functional specifications, backlogs, user manuals, project support documents).Foster partnership with customers, stakeholders, sponsors and 3rd party (outsourced team, software vendors).Able to understand the IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes and procedures and system are designed to comply with these policies and guidelines.Prepare committees with attendees, identify risks & dependencies between topics.PROFILEMaster’s Degree or equivalent diploma in Business or IT/ E-Commerce Technologies.Good tertiary qualifications/experience in Retail Management or Engineering with a strong IT affinity/background.Have good knowledge of the Industry and technologies to make adequate design decisions and propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.Experience managing and leading complex projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders. Project Management, Change Management and Team management experience.Retail exposure and related solutions (POS, Planning, ERP, …) knowledge is a must.Project Management certifications (Prince, PMI…) are good to have.Experience in working in complex environments and with distributed teams and have strong organization and documentation skills.Very good communication skills with customers, team and stakeholders.Customer focus mindset.
