The Role Warrikal are looking for motivated First Nations individuals who would like the opportunity to undertake a Graduate Project Manager role and advance their career.
The graduate role offers a fast-tracked two (2) year pathway to earning a Diploma in Project Management.
Successful candidates receive cultural supervision, leadership development, project mentoring, and hands-on experience across various areas of the business in the mining industry.
Key Responsibilities Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Collaborate with stakeholders to support project delivery and business growth.
Provide technical support, including interpreting drawings and preparing documents.
Support tenders and strategies with a focus on safety and quality.
Monitor project progress to meet finance targets and deadlines Assist with quality management, audits, and documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement through training and mentorship.

Driver Licence (C Class).
Australian Tertiary Degree in Management, Finance, or Engineering (any discipline).
Are able to communicate clearly and confidently in writing and conversation.
