About the Role:
This is a structured retail traineeship based at our Leeton branch. You will learn all about retail practices through both the on-the-job experience of working with seasoned teammates that will mentor and share their experience with you, and additionally you are supported by a formal retail traineeship.
If you see yourself delivering an outstanding customer service experience to all your customers, and love interacting with farmers and other agricultural professionals daily – you will love this role! Learn all about the agricultural sector and the products that help our farmers produce all sorts of crops and herds.
This is an entry-level traineeship that will help you set up and grow your career in agriculture – start in retail – and who knows where you will end up!? We also offer a minimum of 3 hours paid time every week to undertake your formal study.
About You:
You will learn quickly as a member of the Leeton sales team, as we strive to delight and exceed our customers’ needs. You will help with shop maintenance in activities such as stock counts, re-stocking, and maintaining the appearance of the store, to name just a few.
We love team players! A strong work ethic, taking responsibility for completing tasks, and understanding the value in the opportunity to learn and grow will ensure your success and enjoyment in this role.
