This is the opportunity to disrupt the market with inspiring work on brands like Great Northern, Carlton Dry, VB, Vodka Cruiser, Hard Rated, Good Tides, Carlton Draught, and Woodstock (to name a few).
Key Accountabilities: Lead & inspire a cross-functional team to deliver world-class brand activity from brief to execution that gets noticed and most of all converted in market with our consumers.Role model agile ways of working across Marketing and CUB business unit.Lead key commercial planning activities including reporting and budget management.Collaborate and support the CUB Marketing Team in the Annual Planning Process.Lead the engagement of external Agencies to deliver disruptive and creative work.Convert brand strategy into executable plans for the brand.End to end project management.About You Solid marketing experience within the FMCG sector.Skilled understanding of market, consumer, and shopper trends and influence on brand activation.Skilled understanding of brand positioning and the creative development process.Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams, managing external agencies, and working collaboratively with stakeholders.Demonstrated ability in budget management, P&L understanding, and analysis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
