About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have the ability to: Proven ability to analyse, evaluate and apply information to support administrative operations and general work unit direction Excellent communication and high level interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with consumers, staff, external agencies Competent and accurate data entry, keyboard and intermediate computer skills Demonstrated ability to use judgement and respond to unusual circumstances in assisting with all enquiries whilst working under continuous pressure.
