About the role....
Reporting to a delightful General Manager you will be responsible for managing, developing and growing sales in WA & NT. Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
1. manage, develop and grow sales in both the retail and medical channels
2. establish call cycles for the current WA accounts
3. prospecting for new business in the retail and medical channels
4. analyse sales trends and provide monthly reports to the General Manager
5. implement promotional activity & product launch activities as directed
6. monitor inventory levels in retail stores ensuring depth of range & strong brand visibility
7. maintain customer details on CRM
8. attend relevant medical congress
9. educate and lead group discussions promoting the benefits of the product range with retail, medical and consumer groups with the aim of establishing strong referral networks across all channels
10. conduct in-store training
Skills and experience we'd love....
Our client is seeking a self-motivated, driven and passionate Account Manager/Sales Professional with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role. You will also have;
11. proven sales history in achieving sales targets
12. sales experience in Intimate Apparel industry highly regarded
13. sales experience in either the Medical Device or Home Health Care industries also beneficial
14. demonstrated ability in new business development & prospecting
15. proven history of establishing positive relationships with customers
16. establish positive relationships with customers
17. strong analytical skills & computer literacy - proficient MS Office skills
18. exceptional time management skills
19. confident self-starter who can work autonomously

The role entails travel locally within WA and to Victoria for sales meetings quarterly. On offer is an attractive salary package, including car allowance and bonus incentives. Comprehensive product training will be provided.
