Duties:
1. Implement and manage appropriate learning programs for students.
2. Assess individual student progress.
Period of Appointment: Ongoing - Start date of 31 March 2025
Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.
Hours per Fortnight: 42 hours
Minimum Requirements:
* Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 requires registration for persons undertaking work in a regulated activity.
* Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment).
* Qualifications as established by the Tasmanian Industrial Commission in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award, 2005.
* Current certificate of registration, provisional registration, or limited authority to teach granted by the Teachers Registration Board (Tasmania) in accordance with the provisions of the Teachers Registration Act 2000.
* Four years or more training as defined in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award 2005.
