About the Role
The Client Partner (Consultant) plays a pivotal role in IT Integrity's value proposition. This position demands an in-depth understanding of the client's business needs and challenges, along with the ability to offer proactive solutions.
This individual will work across numerous industries, assisting organizations in developing and executing their ICT and digital strategies. Given our strong footprint in Care Services, experience in Aged, Home Care, NDIS, and Community Services is desirable, especially for targeting healthcare.
The successful candidate will provide demonstrable contributions to channel growth, ensure project members meet client expectations, lead in the development and sales of a value proposition, and propose actions to improve company performance.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing demonstrable contributions to channel growth in value and recruitment of high-value partners
* Ensuring project members are sufficiently enabled to meet client expectations
* Leading in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition
* Proposing actions to improve company performance and identifying opportunities for growth
* Documenting the full value proposition lifecycle
* Building and leveraging relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Working with C-level stakeholders and Boards
* Managing a full-life cycle partner process
* Maintaining deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space
* Developing a plan to proactively secure timely contract renewals
* Identifying and developing strategic alignment with key third-party influencers
About You:
* Bachelor's Degree in business, computer engineering, or finance
* Strong leadership and negotiation abilities
* Ability to manage RFP/RFI processes
* Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
* Comfortable across ICT Governance and Management best practice frameworks
* Program/PMO and change management experience
* Proven success in client account management and revenue growth
* Demonstrated competency across the technology stack
* Strong understanding of key technology trends and innovations
* Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies
* Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft Cloud Technology
