About the Role
The Melbourne Recruitment Team continues to grow, and we are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join us in supporting our clients' workforce needs. Davidson partners with the best clients in Australia and as an Associate Account Manager, you'll play a key role in building and nurturing these relationships with our valued client base, helping them place the best candidates in the market with them. You'll use your strong communication skills and relationship-building expertise to understand the client requirements, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional service.
About You
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their workforce needs and ensure consistent job flow.
• Actively engage in client briefings, attending meetings to fully qualify job orders and clarify recruitment needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the Recruitment Team, ensuring seamless communication and setting expectations for both parties.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements, effectively translating those into actionable recruitment strategies.
• Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, from attending client briefings to qualifying candidates and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction, offer recruitment insights, and explore additional opportunities for new or expanded services.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement, loyalty, and repeat business, focusing on maximizing service delivery.
• Maintain regular updates with clients on the status of candidate sourcing, interview stages, and recruitment timelines to ensure transparency.
• Prepare reports and presentations on client activity and recruitment performance for internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on recruitment industry trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition strategies to provide clients with informed insights and recommendations.
The Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience in recruitment, with a track record of successfully managing client relationships.
• Strong relationship-building skills, able to quickly establish trust and credibility with clients while maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients, attend briefings, and communicate candidate updates.
• Proactive and results-driven, consistently seeking out new business opportunities, securing job orders, and expanding client relationships.
• Client-focused mindset, with the ability to fully qualify recruitment briefs and deliver high-quality candidates that meet client expectations.
• Organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, recruitment processes, and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot issues in the recruitment process and offer practical solutions to clients and the recruitment team.
• Sales and business development acumen, with experience in identifying potential opportunities for additional services or new placements.
• Collaborative team player, working closely with recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process and alignment with client needs.
