Opportunity to be part of the Change Management team where you will be assigned to working on a large-scale transformation program. As part of this team you will leverage your change management methodology and work to deliver this program of work with the support of multiple stakeholders across the project and technical team. This role is an initial 12-month contract with potential to extend. Key responsibilities and duties include: Lead the end-to-end change management for the transformation program by applying change management, methodology and tools Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and develop strategies to access and readiness for change Translate the change strategy into an actionable change plan by identifying key change activities and delivering this against the change plan We are looking for a Change Manager who has hands on and can deliver complex payroll migrations which will involve several systems and integrations.
