Previous experience in preparing and cooking bulk meals. Experience overseeing staff. Knowledge of preparing meals for various dietary requirements. Proficiency in computer programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Proven ability to exercise judgment and initiative in day-to-day operations.
