About the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (the NDIS Commission) is an independent agency established on 1 July 2018 to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services.
The Commission is the dedicated national regulator of NDIS service providers in Australia and a non-corporate entity under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
The NDIS Commission works with people with disability, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), governments and the sector who together deliver the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

The Assistant Director People Communications provides support across the spectrum of workforce services and functions, ensuring consistent messaging that promotes the value of our employees and fosters a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
The successful candidate will be capable of working with a broad range of channels and mediums to deliver communication collateral and activities and will have strong working knowledge of accessible communication requirements, delivering internal communication and change activities and working in a government context.
