The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Consultant to bepart of our Corporate Division within the Department of PrimaryIndustries and Regions.
The primary purpose of the role is to establish businesspartnerships with one or more PIRSA Divisions to provide aproactive Human Resource Service to enable the achievement ofclient business objectives. The HR Consultant works with the SeniorPeople & Culture Business Partner to deliver a broad range ofgeneralist Human Resource advice to divisional leaders and managerson workforce related matters including performance enhancement andinnovative HR solutions to deliver on business objectives withinlegislative and policy requirements.
The role contributes to delivering Divisional directives throughfacilitating workforce management requirements and CorporateServices objectives to provide consistent and quality advice andsupport services to Divisions and ensure compliance withlegislative requirements

$83,273 - $92,614 per annum
