The successful applicant will have
Experience in all facets of a commercial kitchen including grills, deep frying and larder work
Knowledge and understanding of safe work practices and food hygiene laws
Ability to work successfully within a team
Ability to support junior staff and communicate effectively with all co workers
Have a proven track record in busy commercial kitchens
The applicant
Will be required to follow standard recipes and produce meals to a consistently high standard
Will be impeccably presented and will maintain personal and workplace hygiene to a high standard
Will be available for day, night and weekend shifts with flexibility to work as the business demands
To accept direction, instruction and training from Management
To work as part of a team with qualified Chefs
The successful candidate will join part of a strong, supportive team and will enjoy a busy workplace where hard work is rewarded
