Administration Officer - Customer Experience & Collections Location:Training at Footscray – Flexible working location after training (Footscray or Sunbury)Contract Duration: 3 months (38 hours per week)Pay Rate:$32.25p/h + superWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Officer to support a collections team for a 3-month contract.This role offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities: -Inbox Management – Managing and responding to emails efficiently-Invoice Reproduction – Preparing and sending current and historical invoices to customers-Workflow Management – Action requests from the Self-Serve Portal, including outbound calls to set up payment arrangements-Customer Support Applications – Processing customer support applications, including URGS (Utility Relief Grant Scheme) applications Skills and Experience: -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software-Strong customer service skills – Confident in handling customer interactions across all communication channels-Excellent written and verbal communication-Experience with Oracle or similar systems-Background in water utilities, public sector, or regulated industries is highly desirable-Banking or finance experience with an understanding of collections is highly advantageousIf you have a keen eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you!
