Hospitality Operations Manager and Executive Housekeeper Supreme Hospitality Services is currently hiring an experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager and Executive Housekeeper for our housekeeping teams in Victoria.

We are looking for an exceptional Housekeeping Manager of Operations to join our Victoria team.
You will have extensive Housekeeping Management experience and a proven track record of providing excellent service standards in large scale 5-star hotels, resorts, or serviced apartment environments.
The Housekeeping Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering service and quality excellence across a number of our Victoria Hotels through dedicated and proficient leadership.
The successful candidate must be experienced in an operational leadership role with an eye for exceptional detail when it comes to hotel housekeeping operations.
Your key responsibilities:
Provide key management support across a portfolio of several hotels.
Develop an in-depth working knowledge of your clients' organisations to truly understand their business requirements.
Manage all the financial aspects of your business unit including annual budgeting, cost control and reporting to ensure all budgetary & qualitative KPI's are achieved and upheld.
Develop site improvement proposals.
Have effective time management skills with a methodical management style.
Identify performance inconsistencies and execute appropriate action plans.
Be highly proficient in word/excel and reporting.
Display exceptional communication and influencing skills.
Overseeing the timely co-ordination of room returns in line with the Hotel arrivals and departures.
Ensure all internal and external communication is handled properly and promptly and in an appropriate manner.
Rostering, timesheets and reporting.
Ensuring sufficient and effective staffing, stock control as well as assisting with general recommendations for purchasing for the housekeeping department.
Co-ordinate all staff requirements on a daily basis, ensuring effective and sufficient staffing is provided in all sections of the department.
Ongoing development and coaching of our team (Rooms, Turndown and Public Areas) to continue to wow our guests.
Check rooms according to standard of the Hotel.
Inspect public areas, including checking all VIP rooms.
To ensure that quality procedures are followed, and quality standards are maintained.
Conduct interviews with prospective employees and assist in hiring process.
To ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety procedures within the department.
Maintain a strong working relationship with other department managers, clients and relevant parties.
