About the Role Playing an integral role in supporting our clients, you will be at the forefront of our daily operational activities.

This role will involve the supervision of Support Workers and their rosters.
Key Responsibilities: Mentor and supervise a team of Support Workers, oversee rostering duties, and manage staff to ensure smooth operations.Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and performance appraisals.Coordinate and manage in-home, respite, and SIL services, ensuring the team understands the service model and fosters cooperation and professionalism.Oversee administrative systems, ensuring data integrity and appropriate access levels.Manage budgets, quotes, and client files, including risk assessments and incident reporting, while working collaboratively with the administration team.Support governance strategies and business objectives, working closely with directors to meet strategic goals.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and policies, including WHS obligations and SCHADS Award requirements.Champion safe work practices, promoting personal and team safety.Serve as the first point of contact for staff, participants, and service providers, handling any issues that arise.Maintain positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and participate in face-to-face meetings as needed.Share on-call duties fairly with management and team leaders, resolving operational issues as they arise.Facilitate regular management team meetings to address challenges and align on goals.What We Offer: Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.Company vehicle to use during work hours.Realistic case loads.Skills and Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Case Manager or Service Delivery Coordinator role within the Disability sector, with a solid understanding of the Disability Act 2006, NDIS framework, and WHS obligations.Strong leadership and management skills, including staff recruitment, training, supervision, and rostering.Excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and deliver quality client service.Proven proficiency in administrative tasks, time management, and maintaining accurate records using a range of software programs (e.g., care databases, Microsoft 365).Ability to handle client intake, care planning, and budgeting, while maintaining a focus on participant needs and service quality.High levels of resilience, motivation, and adaptability, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work in diverse environments.Current driver's license, First Aid/CPR certification, NDIS Worker's Screening Card, Blue Card, and Police Check.If you are a motivated, compassionate professional who loves using their initiative and seeks to make a meaningful impact in the lives of NDIS participants, we would love to hear from you.
