By analyzing needs and providing tailored solutions, you'll enhance farm efficiency and sustainability while expanding the company’s market presence. Work with an Industry Leader in Animal Nutrition Represent a top company in animal nutrition, staying ahead of trends, exploring new products, and sharing insights with clients. You'll be key to the company’s success through presentations, product demos, and market engagement. What We’re Looking For: Education/Experience : A Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (or related field) and 5-10 years of relevant experience. • Technical Skills : Expertise in pig production, technical sales, and market knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac environments. • Sales & Leadership : A strong ability to develop new business, exceed sales goals, and provide leadership and coaching to junior team members. • Travel : Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within your East Coast territory (including overnight stays). • Personal Attributes : Teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, strong customer service focus, time management, ethics, and leadership.
