Spare Parts Coordinator / Logistics Assistant
$80,000 + Superannuation
Blacktown – Plenty of Parking
Full Time 8:30am – 5:00pm
We're seeking a proactive and driven Spare Parts Coordinator / Logistics Assistant to join a global business, specializing in cooling solutions and cutting-edge technology.
In this pivotal role, you'll manage inbound and outbound stock, organize parts in the warehouse, quote, source, and collaborate closely with technicians, shipping companies, and in-house teams across Australia and overseas.

What we are looking for:
* Experience in Spare Parts is Essential. Purchasing and Logistics is a bonus
* Strong skills in stocktake and reporting via Excel
* Amazing customer service, written and verbal being a point of contact
* Someone who takes initiative and excels in helping where needed
* Industry backgrounds like Refrigeration, HVAC, and Electrical Wholesale are highly encouraged to apply!
