You will have hands on support by a leadership team and given all the tools to lead to your success The Role Every day is different in the world of recruitment In your role, you will be doing full 360 recruitment for your own desk. This position is to launch, build, and eventually manage our Legal space in QLD. Once your own desk is up and running, you will be tasked with hiring and training your own team around you. The sector is booming and we’re looking for someone to capitalise on this and advance their career quickly. A typical day includes the below responsibilities: Full 360 recruitment role – candidate management, client management and job management. Meeting clients and discussing their business, current needs, future plans and the service we can offer. Building relationships with new and existing clients and developing a good understanding of their business, and their working culture. Writing job advertisements to source candidates - Posting on job boards and social media platforms Identifying and targeting the best candidates for the role (Head-hunting/contacting existing candidates on the database/ job applications/ networking /referrals/ Linked-In) Discussing career opportunities with candidates and representing them to opportunities - understanding what their motivations and advising them on the best career path to reach their career goal Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews Managing the offer process including completing references.
