Reporting to the Supervisor Rail Bound Plant, you will be responsible for providing rail safe working methods and applying these in the field, optimizing track network availabilities.Duties:Apply track protection in accordance with the Roy Hill Safeworking RulesLiaise and coordinate maintenance windows with Roy Hill Train Control and Rail Scheduling TeamsResolve maintenance priorities in line with short-term and long-term production goalsMaintain compliance with all legislative and statutory regulations regarding safety and environment within your work scopeAssist the team in performing routine Preventive Maintenance InstructionsSkills and Experience:Strong organizational & communication skillsC Class Manual Driver’s License at minimum; MR/HR highly desirableSAP experience highly desirableConfident with IT systems: Teams, Excel, Word, etc.Certificate II or III in Rail InfrastructurePort Hedland Facilities:Modern, comfortable camp accommodationConvenient walking access to South Hedland town facilities and shopsHigh-quality gourmet food options (vegan, gluten-free, and healthy options)Fully equipped fitness center facilityIn-room entertainment with comprehensive content and own-device casting capabilityLifestyle, Learning, and Recreation initiative which provides events for your familyVillage shop and extensive supporting amenitiesAbout the Company:Roy Hill is a world-class mining company, leading the way through innovative, integrated mining rail and port operations, to export iron ore safely and efficiently from West Australia’s Pilbara region.
